Return Policy
TiendaLorcanaTCG.com accepts returns within the first 15 days after receiving the item, as long as it shows no signs of tampering and includes all original accessories and packaging.
The cost of shipping, both for the initial delivery and the return, will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item, in which case TiendaLorcanaTCG.com will cover all shipping costs.
Under no circumstances will the payment be refunded until we receive the item back and are able to inspect it. Once received and verified, we will proceed to refund the customer.
To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to info@tiendalorcanatcg.com including the order reference, reason for return, personal details, and the corresponding invoice. We will reply with the steps to follow for the return.
These policies are designed to ensure that the purchase, delivery, and return processes are clear and fair, protecting both the company and the customers.
Return Policy for Sealed Booster Boxes and Disney Lorcana "Cases"
1. Sealed booster boxes (24 packs):
- Sealed booster boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the box’s seal has not been opened or tampered with. The box must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with no damage to the packaging or seal.
- Returns will not be accepted for booster boxes if the seal has been broken or if the box has been opened, even if the individual booster packs inside remain sealed. Breaking the seal devalues the product, so it cannot be returned.
2. Sealed "Case" (containing multiple booster boxes):
- Sealed "cases" containing multiple booster boxes may also be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the seal of the "case" has not been broken or tampered with and is in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Returns will not be accepted if the seal on the "case" has been broken, even if the individual booster boxes inside remain sealed. Breaking the seal of the "case" is considered a devaluation of the entire product and thus makes it ineligible for return.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a defective item, we will replace it with an identical one. If we do not have it in stock, a refund will be issued upon the customer’s request.
Product exchanges are guaranteed by TiendaLorcanaTCG.com for manufacturing defects up to 15 days after the order has been received. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
To prevent loss, we recommend using a courier service or sending your return via certified mail. If the error is ours, TiendaLorcanaTCG.com will cover the return shipping costs.
If the exchange is not due to a product defect, all shipping costs (to our office and return shipping to the customer) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
